Welcome to Working4Autism
Previously known as Inspire
Working4Autism is committed to improving, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults with autism spectrum conditions and associated learning differences and disabilities. We help people to find their own solutions to acknowledge, respect and address learning differences.
We provide many different levels of support including one-to-one outreach, health and fitness activities, social and special interest groups and therapeutic support involving CBT and solution focus. We also provide strategies that help with mindfulness, positive behaviour support and transition packages which enable those on the autism spectrum to become less anxious and more confident, in turn helping them maintain their wellbeing, independence and meaningful activity.
Our significant experience of partnership working with individuals, families and other professionals, enables us to provide a flexible specialist advice and support service which is both holistic and person-centred. The design and delivery of the service is bespoke to the business and individuals using it, as opposed to the same approach for all, meaning that we can meet the variety of specific needs and choices of the people we support.
