We work with employers and employees to provide a consistent and quality provision whilst preparing the adult with autism spectrum conditions (asc) for work. We use a broad range of skills appropriate to the individual needs and job description (eg: regular coaching and mentoring in the work place and personal target setting) to contribute to the professional development and performance management of staff so that they demonstrate enhanced and effective practice.
Work place assessments would take place to highlight the employee’s support needs and how they can be addressed to ensure success and sustainability. Employers and other employees will have access to training in how asc impacts on their employee/peer and have access to mentoring sessions to ensure they have the opportunity to ask for advice and support
We help the person with asc to:
- write their CV
- learn and practice interview techniques
- build and sustain the skills they need for work through coaching and mentoring
